Gindes has extensive experience in consultation of public and private companies, specializing in investing contracts, mergers and acquisitions, founder agreements, the raising of capital, and more. In addition, Atty. Gindes specializes in corporate recovery, creditor protection proceeding, and debt settlements. Atty. Gindes serves as a director at public and government companies, and has served as a lecturer at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya for courses in corporate recovery, for masters students in law and business. Atty. Gindes holds an LLB (with honors), and an LLM in the commercial law track, from Tel Aviv University.
Adv. and Notary Harel Yariv
Adv. Harel Yariv is a founding partner at Goldblatt Gindes Yariv Advocates. Atty. Yariv specializes in the various components and aspects of real-estate, and has served as the manager and coordinator of the real-estate department at the firm since its founding. Over the years, Atty. Yariv has handled and guided many real-estate transactions and projects of all types for our clients, including enterprise architects, contractors, trade firms, acquisition groups, moshavim and kibbutzim, and private clients.
Atty. Yariv handles all aspects of a transaction: the conducting of negotiations, sales agreements, banking guidance, taxation, design and construction, litigation, and more. In addition, under his leadership the real-estate department has initiated and led a large number of real-estate transactions. Atty. Yariv holds an LLB from Tel Aviv University.
Adv. Liat Tzarfati-Shalom
Adv. Liat Tzarfati Shalom specializes in the fields of corporate rehabilitation, creditor settlements, debt settlements, and bankruptcies. In the framework of this specialty, Atty. Adv. Chai Michael
Adv. Chai Michael is experienced in the field of corporates and recovery of companies, creditor arrangements, liquidations and bankruptcies. Chai provides ongoing legal representation to companies, as wellas private clients, both in court litigation and representation vis-à-vis financial bodies and government institutes. Furthermore, Chai provides ongoing support and legal consultation to functionaries in company recovery portfolios and liquidations. Daniel has an extensive and versatile legal Experience. Before joining GGY Law firm, Daniel held numerous high ranking positions in the Jewish National Fund (Keren Kayemeth Le-Israel), e.g.: Director of Policy Planning and Implementation (in charge of Corporate Governance), Acting Legal Advisor, and Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the Board.
Prior his work at KKL-JNF, Daniel worked as an associate in Cassouto-Noff Law Firm, specializing in Commercial Litigation. Daniel made his 7 years Military Service in the Military Advocate General’s Office, mostly as a Criminal Defense Attorney, and is holding a Major’s rank (res.).
Daniel made his clerkship in the Military Court of Appeals with the hon. Judge Shai Yaniv.
